The team roll-up

The team roll-up is your bird’s-eye view across the whole operation — engagement, coach load, aggregate trends, and which athletes might be drifting. It’s the Head Coach differentiator: where Pro Coach gives you per-athlete coaching, Head Coach and above add the management layer on top.
Available on Head Coach and above. The roll-up is what the “advanced analytics” of the higher tiers means in practice. On Pro Coach you coach athletes; on Head Coach you also run a team.

The four views

ViewWhat it answers
Per-athlete engagementWho’s active, who’s gone quiet — last-active, activity count, adherence, and trend per athlete
Per-coach load & performanceHow your assistants are doing — roster size, attention given, athlete outcomes
Team aggregate trendsHow the whole roster is trending in aggregate
At-risk / downgrade candidatesAthletes who are underutilizing Saturday and may not be worth covering

At-risk candidates

The roll-up flags athletes who look like they’re drifting, using a composite signal — usage, adherence, and recency together (not any single number). You set the threshold for what counts as at-risk, so it matches how you coach. From there you can reach out, adjust their Setup, or — for a coach-paid athlete — decide whether to keep covering them.

A coach-only surface

Like the AI report and roster flags, the roll-up is coach-facing only. Athletes never see these metrics — no trend graphs, scores, or gap numbers reach the athlete. Saturday’s athlete experience is a plain, supportive mirror; the coaching analytics are a separate, legitimate management surface that stays on your side of the line.
